- Jake TExcellent gym. The owners/staff have always been very responsive and courteous to me and you can tell they're focused and serious about building a great gym. If you're a lifter-you will love this gym. They've got plenty of barbell and dumbbell equipment and quality machines (including local high-quality Wilder fitness brand equipment). Good selection of cardio equipment as well. This gym can fit any workout routine. They also think of the little stuff like nutrition and vending machines w/protein shakes and other post-workout nutrition. The memberships and day passes are a great value for the price. Can't say enough good things about this gym and highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a gym to join.
- Brandy MBeen a member for about 6-7 months and I love this place. Heather knows her stuff. Always greeted with a smile. All the members I’ve met have been so nice and encouraging. And don’t get me started on the shakes they make. I LOVE THOSE!
